We believe that businesses and non-profits can survive vitally by relevant to your community, something large businesses aren’t doing. We believe that those who try to compete with their larger counterparts, without being a "neighbor" to their surrounding community, will see their marketing approaches fail to reach their full potential and more times than not, set themselves back financially, playing into their eventual demise. The North Coast Agency formed in early 2007, as an entrepreneur project for Jeff McLain, where he could focus and develop on his past experiences in the music industry, through event promotions, artist development, artist management and artist booking. It wasn’t long before its values, became focused on using the successful experiences he learned about marketing in the ever changing music culture and his desire to improve the quality of life in his surrounding neighborhoods, that the North Coast Agency began to consult on marketing matters for struggling non-profits and small businesses, as tapping into the world of website development, product branding and event promotions.
